This mid-rise building was designed as the urban infill project to be a modern addition to the Accra metropolitan skyline. The office building comprises ground and top level insurance hall with offices, a first level with conference room and meeting spaces, 7 levels of leasing office spaces, and an underground parking level.
The office spaces provides nine-foot floor to ceiling windows and open-plan layouts while utilizing the state of the sustainable. Rather than the more common monolithic facade generally seen in Accra, the design plays with a facade that mimics a puzzle from the primary colors of the client's branding facade. The horizontal levels of the floor slabs are extended with a balcony, offering outdoor views to the city beyond.
